HEMP: ALL OF THE GOODNESS IT HAS TO OFFER + HOW WE CAN EASILY INCORPORATE IT INTO OUR ROUTINE
Hemp or Cannabis Sativa L is part of the Cannabaceae family, however it is of the non-drug variety; it is not the same as the drug variety marijuana (enjoying hemp is not going to get you high).
It is, however going to provide you with some great benefits including:

Some of my favourite ways to incorporate hemp into my routine is by sprinkling hemp hearts on my salads or yogurt and by using hemp oil when making salad dressings.
